Your employee can walk-in or pre-register online for their occupational medicine or initial work comp injury visit. If your company has not used our services before, please register with us. Next, submit an authorization form for the employee who will be seen. Then, click on the button to be directed to the page with our clinic locations. You’ll select the clinic location the employee will be seen at and pre-register online.

Testing is facilitated by Rapid Testing LLC at our clinics. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept debit, credit, and HSA cards. Please call us to schedule if you would like to pay cash.
