Fall is here! That means the weather is starting to cool, the air is crisp and best of all, trees have started changing colors. Living in Colorado, we are fortunate enough to experience one of the most beautiful displays of fall foliage in the country! Now that it is October, we are in the middle of peak foliage viewing times. At Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine, we think there is no better way to take all of the colors in and stay active than to go on a fall foliage hike.
