Telehealth Visits

Get seen by a provider online with a telehealth visit for acute illnesses. Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine in Colorado offers these visits 7 days a week.

We accept most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare for telehealth visits and we offer reduced pricing for self-pay patients. We treat patients of all ages.

Telehealth visits are scheduled through our clinics. Even though a clinic’s physical address will show on the scheduler, you will still be seen virtually. To schedule, click on the button below. When the scheduler loads, select “Sick Visit – Telehealth” as the reason for your visit.

Telehealth visits, also known as virtual urgent care, are available to Colorado residents and non-residents as long as you are in the state of Colorado at the time of your visit.

What is a Telehealth Visit?

Telehealth visits are a great way to still get the treatment you need without coming to a clinic. You’ll meet with the provider on your phone, tablet, or computer. The provider will assess your symptoms and discuss treatment options – just like if you were seen by a provider in person. The provider will also send any necessary prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice.

The Process

  1. To schedule a telehealth visit, you will be directed to one of our clinic’s scheduling pages. Click on the button above to start the process.
  2. When scheduling, select “Sick Visit – Telehealth” as the reason for your visit. Then, you’ll choose a day and time for your visit.
  3. Next, fill out the registration information to schedule your visit.
  4. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a visit confirmation email that contains your link to meet with the provider.
  5. Prior to your visit time, one of our team members will contact you to check you in for your visit.
  6. When it is time for your visit, click on the link you received in your confirmation email so you can start your visit with the provider.

Even though a wide variety of conditions may be assessed with a telehealth visit, your provider may request an in-clinic visit based on your symptoms. Depending on the severity of your condition, you may be advised to go to the ER.
