Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine is an orthopedic urgent care that provides in-house digital X-ray services for adults and children ages 1 and older. To confirm our X-ray schedule for the week, please text any clinic.

X-Ray Locations

To determine when X-ray is available, please use our Live Chat.

We offer X-ray at the following clinics:

x-ray of a foot presented on a tablet by a medical provider
medical worker's hands in an x-ray room preparing x-ray equipment for scanning

Our X-Ray Process

You will need to be evaluated by a provider at Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine prior to getting an X-ray. You can be seen at any of our clinics, though, regardless if X-ray is available at that clinic.

If a provider recommends an X-ray, and the service is not available at your location, you will simply be sent to the nearest Advanced Urgent Care clinic. You will not need to register again or even wait in line – it is considered part of the same provider visit.

X-Ray Referrals

We accept referrals from other healthcare practices. Please pre-register online. With a referral, an x-ray at our urgent care clinics costs $90 per body part and must be paid for at the time of service.

When is an X-Ray Recommended?

Physicians and other healthcare providers use X-rays to observe your bones and lungs. They may order an X-ray in order to evaluate a bone for a fracture or your lungs for pneumonia.

X-rays can help diagnose a variety of medical conditions, including:

  • Bone fractures (hairline or stress)
  • Various knee conditions
  • Joint dislocations (shoulder, elbow, or hip)
  • Penetration injuries (such as embedded glass, wood, or metal foreign bodies)
  • Swallowed foreign bodies (opaque to X-rays)
  • Kidney stones (opaque to X-rays)
  • Pneumonia
  • Congestion or fluid in the lungs
  • Various stomach problems
