Commonly Asked Questions

Should you see a doctor after a car accident?

If you suffer a non-life-threatening injury in an auto accident, it is recommended you get evaluated by a medical provider. They can assess you for any injuries you may not even be aware of. You can see a medical provider at Advanced Urgent Care, regardless if you are at-fault for the auto accident.

Why can’t my insurance be billed at the time of service?

Car insurance, rather than health insurance, is used for the payment of treatment related to auto accident injuries. If your visit to our clinic is related to an injury sustained in a motor vehicle accident, a claim will need to be submitted to the at-fault party insurance or your car insurance company. Our staff will provide you with all necessary paperwork and answer any questions you may have. You also have the option of scheduling a follow-up visit with Guardian Medical. They will facilitate payment for your initial visit and all follow-up visits at their facilities.
