A face mask or covering is required for entry into our clinics and we are following social distancing guidelines. Our staff is required to wear personal protective equipment including gloves and a mask. Other precautions include:
- As always, we sanitize after every patient and there is frequent cleaning of the waiting rooms and high-touch surfaces
- Limiting COVID-19 in our waiting rooms by offering curbside testing and online visits
- Monitoring our staff’s temperatures daily
- Check in can be completed on your personal phone instead of shared tablets
Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine is open normal business hours at all of our locations. We are offering COVID-19 curbside testing. To get tested, start with an online visit with one of our providers. They will refer you for testing.

Curbside Nasal Swab Testing
The nasal swab test is recommended if you are currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 which include, but may not be limited to: fever, chills/rigors, headache, and non-productive cough. The test is also recommended if you have been around someone who has tested positive.
You’ll need to meet with one of our providers virtually for a referral. Testing is available for all ages and is free with insurance.

& Lafayette Clinics – Weekdays, 10 am to 2 pm
- No appointment needed for test
- Referral from one of our providers required
