We offer a comprehensive array of lab services to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of your condition. Most tests are performed in-house with results available the same day. In cases where we use an outside laboratory, results are usually available next day.

X-Ray Services
Our state-of-the-art digital imaging and x-ray machines produce precise and detailed scans. The providers use x-rays to observe your bones and lungs. They may order an x-ray in order to evaluate a bone for a fracture or your lungs for pneumonia.
*Due to staffing shortages, x-ray services vary by clinic. You may be asked to travel to a nearby clinic. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Telehealth Visits Available

Physical Exams
Walk-in or pre-register your spot for a physical exam today! We offer the following exams:
- Sports Physical – $35
- School Physical* – $55
When reserving a spot for a school physical, please select “exam” as the reason for your visit. As part of our employer services, we also offer DOT physicals.
*If vaccines are required as part of your school physical, please call 303-659-9700 to pre-register your spot.
